AuraGlow Bengaluru began the way most honest things do — quietly, without announcement. Usha started making candles at home, not as a business plan, but because she wanted to understand exactly what went into a flame: the wax, the wick, the fragrance, the burn.

What she found was that most candles were made for shelf appeal, not for the room they were meant to fill. So she started over — with soy wax, with fragrances sourced from named regions and real materials, with small batches she could stand behind.

A candle should change the feeling of a room. If it does not, it is just wax.

Every AuraGlow candle is made by hand in her workshop in Mahalakshmi, Bengaluru. She pours each batch herself — soy wax at the right temperature, fragrance loads measured to the gram, wicks chosen for the vessel. The curing happens on her own shelves. Nothing ships before she is satisfied with the burn.

Usha holds a background in Biotechnology — precision, care, and the understanding that what you put into something matters as much as what comes out. She brings that same thinking to every batch. Fragrance loads are documented. Batch numbers are logged. If something does not meet her standard, it does not leave the workshop.
