AuraGlow Bengaluru is a handcrafted candle brand based in Bengaluru, India, specialising in soy wax candles made with natural fragrance ingredients. Saanjh is our line of candles made with Indian aromatics distilled at source.

1.3 Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and modify product descriptions at any time. Minor natural variations in wax colour, surface texture, and fragrance intensity are inherent to handcrafted candles and are not considered defects.

1.4 Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of order placement through our authorised payment gateways. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

1.5 Orders & Fulfilment

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

AuraGlow Bengaluru provides its website and products on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

1.8 Candle Safety Advisory

Please follow these safety guidelines when using our candles:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep away from children and pets
• Trim the wick to 6 mm before each burn
• Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
• Keep away from draughts, flammable materials, and direct sunlight

1.9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
