Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We ship across India via registered courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2-3 cities: 5-8 business days
• Remote and rural areas: 7-12 business days

These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier operations and external factors. AuraGlow Bengaluru is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Packaging

Each candle is individually wrapped and placed in protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit. If you receive a parcel that appears damaged on the outside, please photograph the outer packaging before opening and report the issue to us promptly.

International Shipping

Standard international shipping is currently unavailable. If you are located outside India and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@auraglowbengaluru.in to discuss alternatives.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please report the issue within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date.

When reporting, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the damage (if applicable)

We will file a claim with the courier and offer a replacement or refund. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for courier insurance coverage.

General Terms

• Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of order. Please ensure your details are correct.
• AuraGlow Bengaluru is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Reshipped packages due to failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping charges.
• We are not liable for delays caused by natural events or circumstances beyond our control.
