Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Return Eligibility

We accept returns in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The product is significantly different from its description or images on the website

Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with all seals and protective covers intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Limited-edition products
• Products purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Candles that have been lit or used
• Products with removed safety labels or packaging
• Gift cards and vouchers

Minor natural variations in wax colour, surface texture, and fragrance intensity are inherent to handcrafted candles and are not considered defects.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@auraglowbengaluru.in or WhatsApp +91 93807 76622 with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will arrange for the return pickup at our expense (for eligible claims). The product must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refund options include:

• Full refund to your original payment method
• Store credit (valid for 12 months)
• Replacement product

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Please use the return process instead.
• Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the product you would like instead.
